The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 05:00 P.M., at the registered office of the Company.
In view of adjournment and as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Specified Persons up to Sunday, June 17, 2018. The Trading Window will be re-opened from June 18, 2018 onward.
The Board Meeting was adjourned at 5:35 P.M. today.
