1. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for quarter (Q4) and financial year ended March 31, 2018; and
2. To consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity share of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 29, 2018 till May 11, 2018 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting pursuant to the Company's Code under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. |
