1. Approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018.
2. The 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 24th September, 2018.
3. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from19th September, 2018 to 24th September, 2018, both days inclusive for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
