Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 17th May, 2018 to inter-alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018.
Further, as per Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed under the said Code from 10th May, 2018 to 19th May, 2018 (both days inclusive).
