The settlement took place on 16th October 2018. The Notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the U.S.$ 250,000,000 3.25% Notes due 2020 issued on 11th March 2015 and the U.S.$ 500,000,000 3.25% Notes due 2020 issued on 21th November 2014. The issuance will take the outstanding issue size to a total of USD 800 million. |
