The proposed shifting would result in better administrative control, supervision and convenience, reduction in overall costs and conduct of business of the Company more economically, viably and efficiently. It shall also facilitate enlarging the areas of business operations of the Company.
The Board has convened an EGM of Members of the Company on Monday, August 20, 2018, for seeking their approval, for inter alia shifting of registered office from NCT of Delhi to the state of Haryana. |
