Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed during the Book Closure period starting from Wednesday, 8th August, 2018 to Tuesday, 14th August, 2018; both days inclusive; for the purpose of Annual General Meeting for financial year 2017-18.
