We have also published a notice in Business Line, all editions (in English) and Kannada Prabha, Bengaluru edition
(in Kannada, vernacular language) on June 23, 2018, a copy of which is enclosed herewith.
Please also find enclosed the Notice of the 30th AGM and Annual Report 2017-18 sent to eligible members. As informed earlier, we will be submitting the Annual Report 2017-18 after it is adopted by members at the AGM in compliance with Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
