Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed on the Book Closure Dates i.e. from 16th September, 2018 to 24th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend for the Financial Year 2017-18, if approved by the Members of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Record date for the purpose of entitlement of Dividend for the Financial Year 2017-18 shall be 15th September, 2018.
