The judgment on the case of Huntsman International (India) Pvt Ltd Vs. Abiss Textile Solutions Private Ltd, (a company promoted by the two promoters of the Company), Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd, Mr. Punit Makharia, CMD, Mr. Gautam Makharia, JMD and others has been passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi on 21st February 2018, received by us on 6th March 2018.
The Judgment copy of Hon'ble Delhi High Court is enclosed herewith for your reference purpose.
Thus with the aforesaid judgment, there are no cases as on date, against the Company by Huntsman International (India) Pvt Ltd. |
