Also, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Policy adopted by the Company, the trading window for purchase or sale of the Company's Shares by Directors/ Officers/ designated persons will remain closed from 24th July, 2018 and will end 48 hours after the aforesaid information are made available to General Public.
