The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on 'Friday' 23rd March, 2018, approved the Joint Venture proposal submitted by Infinia solutions and Services for launching ICO ( Initial Coin offering), 'I-CRYPTOCURRENCY' and 'I- DIGITAL TOKENS and COINS'.
Infinia Services and Solutions, which is a full-service loyalty solutions company, running Loyalty Business Management System (LBMS) and its 7 years of existence, reached 120 million end consumers, serving 23 enterprise customers and being present across 37 countries proposed to launch ICO ( Initial Coin offering), 'I - CRYPTOCURRENCY' and 'I- DIGITAL TOKENS and COINS' in various countries. These digital tokens would be consumed by the customers as well as merchants in the Infinia Loyalty Ecosystem.
The investment required for creation of the platform and to launch the Tokens on Blockchain Technology would be invested by California Software Company Limited. |
