The same were also reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on 29.05.2018.
Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, a copy of the Statement of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2018 along with Auditors' Report on the Audited Financial Results is enclosed for your reference and record.
Further, in view of losses, the Board of Directors has not recommended any dividend on the Preference as well as Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31.03.2018.
