In view of this, as per the Code of Conduct for regulation, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders of the Company and pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons with immediate effect till the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results, is made.
