The following items were considered and approved:
Recommendation for payment of final dividend of Rs.53 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year ended 31st December 2017.
Convening of the AGM of the Company on Tuesday, 8th May 2018.
Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from the 1st May 2018 to 8th May 2018 (both days inclusive) for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Final Dividend and AGM. The Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders shall be payable on or after 14th May 2018.
