We would like to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of K G Denim Limited will be held at Sri Kannapiran Mills premises, Sowripalayam, Coimbatore - 641 028 at 12.15 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2018 and recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the said year.
Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, May 16, 2018, upto Sunday, May 27, 2018 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading.
