THROUGH COMPETITIVE E-BIDDING.
In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with corresponding circulars and notifications issued there under it is hereby informed that the Company has obtained order of Rs. 50.34 crore for design, manufacture, testing, supply and warranty of LED Street Lights and other related works to Gram Panchayats in the State of Andhra Pradesh (A.P) from Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) under SLNP (Street Light National Program) through competitive e-bidding. |
