We write to inform you that Mr. Vijendra Singh, vide letter dated 30th July, 2018, has withdrawn the said resignation. The Nomination and Remuneration/Compensation Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meetings held earlier today, have accepted the withdrawal of resignation by Mr. Vijendra Singh.
