Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, September 5, 2018 to Tuesday, September 11, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend for the financial year March 31, 2018.
Further, Final Dividend of Rs.1.55/- per equity shares as recommended by the Board, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after September 11, 2018 (within the statutory time limits).
