The Trading Window, as defined in the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from 8th November, 2018 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14th November, 2018 for taking on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half-year ended 30th September, 2018.
The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company is scheduled to be announced on 14th November, 2018.
