In terms of provisions of SEBI( Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we furnish undermentioned information/documents for your records :-
1. The next Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Saturday the 29th September, 2018.
2. The dividend warrants will be credited/dispatched between Monday the 1st October, 2018 and Friday the 5th October, 2018, if dividend declared at the Annual General Meeting.
3. The register of members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from 13th September, 2018 to 29th September, 2018 (both days inclusive).
