This is in furtherance to our letter dated March 13, 2018 in relation to the directions issued by the Whole Time Member of SEBI ('SEBI Directions') pursuant to an order dated March 12, 2018 bearing reference number WTM/MPB/ISD/149/2018 ('Order').
