| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2018 13:04:05 | Saksoft Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on November 12, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018 and the declaration of interim dividend, if any for the financial year 2018-19.
Further, in connection with the said Board Meeting, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders in Securities of the Company framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 02, 2018 to November 14, 2018 (both days inclusive). The Trading window will be opened from November 15, 2018.
