The Company has received the certified true copy of the order passed by the Hon'ble NCLT bench at Chandigarh. The Scheme shall be effective from the Appointed Date i.e. closing hours of business on 31st March, 2017 upon filing of the certified true copy of the order with the concerned Registrar of Companies.
