| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/05/2018 16:39:31 | Precision Wires India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2018, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2018 of FY2017-18 and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-2018.
Further, Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015, the 'Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from with immediate effect up to the closing hours of June 01, 2018 (both days inclusive).
