you about the board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on
Thursday, November 1,2018 ('Board Meeting'), to consider, inter alia,
the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended
September 30, 2018.

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (b) of LODR Regulations, we hereby inform
