The Board of Directors declared special interim dividend of Rs. 5.50 (Rupees five and fifty paisa) per equity share (of the face value of Rs. 10/- each) of the Company for the financial year 2018-19.
The Record date for the above said declared special interim dividend for the financial year 2018-19 shall be Saturday, 17th November, 2018. The above said declared special interim dividend shall be payable on and from Monday, 26th November, 2018.
The above said meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 1.40 p.m. |
