Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation with our previous intimation dated July 27, 2018 regarding split/sub-division of shares of the Company from face value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each to face value of Rs. 5 (Rupees Five) each ('split/sub-division'), it is hereby informed that the split/sub-division will take effect under new ISIN i.e. INE225B01021.
