Credit Rating to CARE Al +(SO) for Rs. 350 crore Commercial Paper Program of Surya Roshni Limited on the credit enhancement in the form of stand by letter of Credit (SBLC) issued by its bankers.
The aforesaid rating is based on the audited financials for the year ended 3 pt March, 2018 and unaudited financials for the first Quarter of the financial year 2018-19 and also taking cognizance of the commencement of production from the enhanced ER W pipe manufacturing facilities at Hindupur (Andhra Pradesh), advance stages of execution of 3LPE coating plant at Anjar, Gujarat and benefits of overall synergy, experienced management and greater integration. |
