1. Approval of Audited Accounts (Consolidated and Standalone) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2018.
2. Consideration and Recommendation of Dividend for the Financial Year 2017-18.
Further, the Trading Window for Trading in the Company's Equity Shares by all the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and all Employees shall remain closed from May 15, 2018 to May 25, 2018 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2018 and Consideration and Recommendation of Dividend as stated above. The Trading Window will re-open from May 26, 2018. |
