It is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Tuesday, 7th August, 2018, has approved the following:
1.)Appointment of Smt. Rumjhum Chatterjee (DIN: 00283824), as an Additional Director (under the category of Independent Director) of the Company, with effect from 1st September, 2018 who shall hold office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting (AGM) or the last date on which the AGM should have been held, whichever is earlier.
2.)Smt. Rumjhum Chatterjee's appointment as Independent Director on the Board of the Company is for a term of five years w.e.f. 1st September, 2018, which is subject to approval of the members in the next AGM.
Brief profile of Smt. Rumjhum Chatterjee is enclosed herewith as annexure-A. Further, she is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. Further, it is affirmed that Smt. Rumjhum Chatterjee is not barred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any such other authority.
