Ltd., (the Company''s Wholly Owned Subsidiary) with the Company.The appointed date of the scheme is 01/04/2018. As there is no exchange ratio, no shares will be issued by the Company under the scheme. The holding of the Company in its WOS will be cancelled under the Scheme.This is the disclosure in accordance with regulation 37(4) of LODR. The Company is in the process of completing the formalities with the stock exchange. |
