Ltd. and M/s Satyanarayan Rice Mill Pvt. Ltd. The annual financial statements of the subsidiary companies for the financial year 2018-19 will be prepared accordingly in due time.
This is with reference to above, the Company has decided not to submit quarterly/year-to-date consolidated financial results of the Company and its said subsidiary companies for the financial year 2018-19 and shall continue to submit standalone quarterly/year-to-date standalone financial results of the Company during the said financial year pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
