In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated December 6, 2018 issued by Mahanadi Coalfield Limited (MCL), Jharsuguda for Removal of Over burden in the State of Odisha.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from December 7, 2018 to December 10, 2018 (both day inclusive).
