1. Convening of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the shareholders of the Bank on 28th March 2018 at Chennai
2. To seek the approval of shareholders for issue of equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each to Government of India on preferential basis, aggregating upto the extent of Rs. 4694 crore plus Rs.173.06 crore (of which Rs.173.06 already received from GOI on 31.01.2018) (including premium), subject to applicable regulatory provisions.
3. The Relevant Date for determination of the Issue Price is 26th February 2018 in terms of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
The Meeting of the Committee of Directors for Issue of Equity Share Capital commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at p.m.
