1. Upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, The Board of Directors has approved the audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on 31st March, 2018 (enclosed herewith).
2. The Board took note of the Statutory Auditors' Report on the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018(enclosed herewith).
3. Declared Interim Dividend of Rs.0.40/- per equity share (face value of Rs.2 per share) for the financial year 2017-18.
We also wish to bring to the notice of the Exchange that the Board Meeting commenced at 3.00 PM and concluded at 6.00 PM today.
