Outcome of Board Meeting : Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended June 30, 2018.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we are submitting the Unaudited Financial Results (stand alone) for the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 together with Limited Review Report thereon, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 3, 2018. The meeting commenced at 12.30 pm and concluded at 3.00 pm.
