In terms of Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 we are enclosing herewith statement of Utilization of issue proceeds as reviewed by Audit Committee at its meeting held on 04th May, 2018 for the Quarter/ Year ended 31st March, 2018.
As the net proceeds of the Issue is less than 1000 Million, under the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 it is not mandatory to appoint monitoring agency by our Company so report of the monitoring agency not applicable to Company.
