1. To consider and approve/take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018.
2. To consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2017-18 and may fix the date of 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Further, as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for all directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect up to 30th May, 2018 i.e. 3rd trading day after the publication of such financial results.
