a) The 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, the 24th day of September, 2018 at 2:30 P.M. at Nandanvan, Patel Wadi, Opp JJ Bus Stop, Near INS Hamla, Marve Aksa Road, Malad (West), Mumbai-400 095.
b) The Company has fixed Monday, September 17, 2018 as the "CUT-OFF DATE" for determining the eligibility of the members to vote by electronic means or at the Annual General Meeting.
c) The remote e-voting period shall commence on Friday, 21 September 2018 at 10.00 a.m. and ends on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at 5.00 p.m
d) Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 15, 2018 to Monday, September 24, 2018 (both days inclusive) (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Final Dividend.
