In terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Company, in respect of the financial year 2018-19 (other than the last quarter), has opted for publishing only the quarterly standalone financial results from first quarter onwards i.e. quarter ended 30th June, 2018 and would not be publishing the quarterly/ year-to date consolidated financial results.
