1. To convene 23rd Annual General Meeting('AGM') of the Company on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 4/2, Siri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi - 110 016 at 11.00 a.m.; and
2. Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, April 10, 2018 to Tuesday, April 17, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 23rd AGM of the Company.
