This has reference to our letter dated 11th October, 2018 regarding the captioned subject. This is to inform you that the board of directors at its meeting held today i.e. 5th November, 2018, inter-alia, has taken the following decisions: -
The unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2018 was approved and taken on record by the board of directors. The said results were reviewed by the audit committee of directors at its meeting held today prior to the board meeting. A copy of the unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Report by the Auditors on the said financial results is enclosed.
