- The Board of Directors of the Company have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/-each to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2017-18, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (31st AGM) of the Company.
