| Exchange Received Time 23/08/2018 17:43:58 Exchange Disseminated Time 23/08/2018 17:44:04 Time Taken 00:00:06 | Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, we wish to inform you that, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, September 11, 2018 to Saturday, September 15, 2018, both days inclusive, for the purpose of Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on September 15, 2018, and determining the eligibility of Members to receive dividend, if declared at the said Annual General Meeting.
The Dividend on Equity Shares as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the Annual General Meeting will be paid to the members, whose name appear in Register of Members on or before the close of business hours on September 10, 2018 or Register of Beneficial Owners, maintained by the Depositories as at the end of the business hours on September 10, 2018.
Dividend, if approved, will become payable on and after September 19, 2018.
