We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is being scheduled to be held on Friday, the 5th October, 2018 to inter-alia consider and approve the appointment of new Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s BSR & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the statutory auditors of the Company.
Further, as per Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed under the said Code from 30th September, 2018 to 7th October, 2018 (both days inclusive).
