1.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at Registered Office on Wednesday, 14th November, 2018, to inter alia, consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2018.
2. As per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate and monitor Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in Company's shares shall remain closed from Wednesday, 7th November, 2018 till the expiry of 48 hours after publication of Un-audited Financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2018 on National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange. |
