August 07, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the following items:
1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018, and
2. Declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-19;
- Closure of Trading Window:
In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure 2016, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 and declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for all Designated CL Employees from August 01, 2018 till August 09, 2018 {(both days inclusive) being48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges}. |
