This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 30th July, 2018, inter - alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018.
Further, the trading window shall remain closed from 20th July, 2018 to 1st August, 2018, i.e. 10 days prior to the day on which on the price sensitive information is published and 2 days after the price sensitive information is published in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider of the Company.
