is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2018, inter alia, to consider and
approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2018.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 16, 2018 to May 23, 2018 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial results of the Company. The trading window will open from May,28,2018.
